WVSU Alumni Book now accepts nominations The Center for International Linkages and Public Information is now accepting nominations of WVSU alumni who will be featured in the book entitled “A Life That Made A Difference: Inspiring Stories of WVSU Alumni”. The individuals in this book must have tirelessly devoted themselves to their callings and their communities, and their actions have, in turn, made a great difference in the lives of others. Although unique in many ways, these alumni all share common beginnings at WVSU. They exemplify the wealth and depth of leadership talent, capabilities and reputation that our country possesses. This book about WVSU alumni answers the call for modern day heroes as it showcases inspiring leaders from WVSU that young students and graduates can emulate and look up to. This book will be a great reference for Filipinos to read about real leaders of our country – the ones who create the real changes, build communities and industries, and generate livelihood for their fellowmen. It is about time we get to know these alumni who have lived the core values of service, harmony and excellence. “It is my hope that by reading the book, the Filipinos may find their role models to inspire them to work towards a better future for our nation,” concludes Dr. Ramon G. Zarceno, Special Assistant to the President and Editor of the book, “I must say that this publication, the first of its kind at WVSU, is truly worth treasuring.” Kindly address all nominations to cilpi@wvsu.edu.ph until June 30, 2018
