Requirements: 

  1. Renewal of Alumni ID for Lifetime Members is Php500.00), if you are already a Lifetime Member, just present your Alumni ID to claim your Spire / Yearbook.
  2. Fill up a Personal Data Sheet or you can download the PDS file in this link: Personal Data Sheet  and send to this email address: alumni@wvsu.edu.ph or you can visit Alumni Office.
